Purple, Day 5!!!

Hello!! I still have a little over an hour to make  it on time!!! Today is day 5 of The New 31 Day Challenge in Crumpet Nail Tarts.  So, you should know that purple is my favorite color......

Cast Of Characters....

The base coat of CG Spontaneous.....this after a day of packing away clothes....my dad decided that he was ready to give away my mothers clothes.....hard day :(

I decided to use SH Insta Dri "Jumpin Jade" and another "un named" Color Club in a dark purple for my stamping.   LeaLac   LLC-B IP was used for the stamping image....

I am pleased with the outcome!!!But my problem is that tomorrow's challenge is to do your favorite color family......I did that today!!!!  So I guess I will do my second favorite and I also will incorporate the challenge in Adventures In Stamping into the mani.....that challenge is to do a mani based on the book I am reading now!!!   It happens to be "City Of Bones".....hmmmmmm

The New 31 Day Challenge, Day 4....Pink

Hello All....it is Day 4 of The New 31 Day Challenge.....Pink......as most of you know, I am not a big fan of pink....I have gotten better over the past year, but still not my favorite shade!!
Cast of Characters.....

A base coat of SC Black on Black... I LOVE a black mani!!!

 I decided to use an image I had never tried before, the feather on  SH24, I have always liked this image!!!
Sally Hansen Color Quick pen in Pink Chrome was used for the stamping....

I decided to just put part of the image on my nails since I had cut them down the other day....the entire thing would not fit   :(
I also love matte mani's...so you know what I did!!!

That did it...I was in love!!!  By the way, does anyone else get those weird "white" spots on their mani's when you use a  matte top coat???!!!   They are sooo annoying....but I still love it!!   Hope you enjoy it too, have blessed day and upcoming weekend....don't forget to check out the other mani's...............Jackie

The New 31 Day Challenge, Day 3....Gold

Hello All....here I am again...just under the wire....but feeling soooo much better!!!
Today's challenge is to do a "gold" mani....
Cast Of Characters....

I began with 2 coats of Pure Ice Jaguar, which is good for stamping, but not so good as a base coat....very streaky...but it is a gorgeous color!!!

Then I placed 2 coats of the "unmarked" Color Club .....this is a beautiful gold!!!

Finally, I used another of one of my favorite images....The  Cheeky-D plate....I just love how the color "peeks" through the openings of the stamped image....I used Konad Special Black for the stamping....

The New 31 Day Challenge Day 2....Silver

Hello All.....I am still alive, somewhat  :(    I did manage to do a mani for day 2, silver.  Sorry, I just didn't have the energy to be real "creative", but I didn't want to get behind!

Cast of Characters.....

I did a base coat of NYC China Town...one of my favorites!!

Then I sponged some of the Milani Silver Dazzle....which looks blue/black in the bottle but goes on silver!!!
Then stamped an image with the new Gals  GA-30 plate and a top coat of SV......so now the finished product....

The New 31 day Challenge...Day 1, Black and White

I hope All had a good NYE......I woke early this morning with a stomache flu.....I just wish I could get well :(

It is a good thing that I had done this mani last night, I am going to do the The New 31 Day Challenge in Crumpets Nail Tarts.  This is my first 31 day Challenge, so I am pretty much dropping everything else and doing this!!!
Cast Of Characters...

I did a base of SC Black on Black and then "tried" to do a water marble with the whites....didn't turn out as I wanted............

See how it is just all white and the air bubbles...I decided to try to salvage it by stamping over it with black and one of the LLC-B  images...

Here is the final product.....I think it looks like my stomache feels, all twisted up!!!!!
