A Zebra in Smoke and Ashes

Good Afternoon All!!! I have just been enjoying my time off and doing mani's  :)
Today I have one that the base coat is one of the CG Hungry Games Collection...Smoke and Ashes.  I love this shade!!  It applies very easily and has a gorgeous green sparkle to it.

Sorry , I missed some on my finger tips on the clean up!!

I decided to stamp it, amazing , huh!!!   I used IP Konad 57 and Sinful colors Olympia. This is the first time that I tried any Sinful colors other than black for stamping, and it worked like a charm!!!

Splatter Mani

Good Morning All!  Yesterday I did a Splatter Mani for  the challenge in Purple Crumpet Fairy Challenge on FB.  It actually was supposed to be a "spring" splatter.  I just wasn't "feeling" a pastel  at that time :)  So , I went with my favorite...black.  I looked at tutorials, and read blogs to see how to do this....well, it was a disaster..at first.  I had such a mess. :(   Then I thought "it needs to be thinner", so I got out my acrylic paints, watered it down some, and it was perfect.  I did not use a straw as others had, I used something called an air/water syringe tip from work...sssshhhh, don't tell!!!  But , it worked sooo good!

I used WnW Ebony Hates Chris as my base. And then I used my acrylics and blew like crazy...here is the final product....

I told my son that it looked more like Halloween colors, than spring.  He said it looks like a party nail!! I still think I will remember this for October   !!!!

Week 11 of 52 Week Challenge....St Patrick's Day Mani

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!  I hope everyone is having fun and being safe  :)
This is week 11 of The 52 Week Challenge...a St .Patricks Day Mani.  I am not much on this holiday, just never got into it... so I opted to use the colors of the holiday.

I used these and some painters tape, I have found that it works great, and did a tape mani!!

Granite

Good Morning All!!  I am officially on VACATION  !!!
Today I have a mani that reminds me of a granite counter top....on my nails   :)
I started with Confetti Just Dancin, and used XL  Cheeky image with Kleancolor Metallic Yellow.

This set of the XL Cheeky plates are working "perfect"  :)

And the final product....

After Dark

Good Evening All.....another long day done, half day tomorrow...then 10 days off!!!!!
I purchased my first Loreal  polish on monday, After Dark...a blue so dark it looks black.  I love the shade, but hate the polish. All around my nails were BLUE, the formula is so thin and clean up is awful  :( I am  afraid of what my nails will look like when I remove it....as I said , it is really pretty after the clean up.

The Purple Crumpet Fairy Challenge...bulb to a flower, and my first Essie!!!

Good Evening All..hope everyone had a great day!! Today's post is for The Purple Crumpet Fairy Challenge...bulb to a flower.  I had a hard time figuring this one out  :(
I had just purchased my  first, but not last, Essie polish...and I love it!!  So, I wanted to use it.
Here is how it went....
Essie Sew Psyched is a gorgeous green, that I think has some blue or grey undertones....not yellowish at all!!It went on very smoothly, two coats for full coverage.

Isn't she gorgeous?!  I decided to use the stamp SH20, I think it looks like budding flowers...

 And the final product!!

The white seems to complement the Essie  :)

Good Afternoon All!!  Missed everyone yesterday, but I took a "me" day   :)
My sister-in-law called me this morning and invited me to go somewhere with her tonite...her treat!!!
