Leap Frog Meets LeaLac

Good Morning All.....last night was a first, in a long time, for me........I stayed completely ALL ALONE .....I do not like to be by myself in this house......there are "things"  that happen here...like voices when no one is there, and I see "things"....now that you think I am nuts.....I survived, tired from lack of sleep, but I survived    :)
I did a mani yesterday that I want to show you....

I love my LeaLac plate, just don't use it enough  :(....

My camera didn't capture how pretty the Leap Frog is.....it looks washed out here.....much more beautiful IRL.........

The final product I stamped with Konad Black and my silicone stamper, which I took out of the black holder and  "squeezed" alittle, and it caused the image to distort just a little....made it look more like a marbling....I liked it  :)..............

Adventures in Stamping Challenge....Halloween....Skulls

Hello All!!!  Todays challenge in AIS is, Halloween........I gave it the ole college try!!!
I definately will be glad when October is over...LOL
My Cast of Characters.....

 I did a base coat of SC Kissy , and then a sponge gradient using Kissy, Exotic Green , and Orly  Wild Wisteria.

 I used Julep Leighton and Bm 211 for the skull, and then added the hat using Bm209 and Konad Black.
I decided that I liked it matte better than shiney......

Reptilian

It has been awhile since I last posted :(   I think that I got in over my head with all the challenges, and just shut down...became uninspired.....and I hate that, because I love doing mani's and blogging about them.  But it seems like I didn't have time to "enjoy" it, for worrying about what I was gonna do for this challenge, and this challenge is due next, I didn't feel like I had time to view and comment on the blogs that I follow....it just wore me out.   I have decided to back off on the challenges and just do "me".   I will take part in the challenges if it works out for my schedule.  And today it did!!!!  In FB Sat- ART- Day challenge it is to do a mani based on "reptile".   I love a good snake or reptile mani!!!

I started with a base coat of SC Black on Black and then stamped the reptilian image from Mash-42 using SH Insta-Dri Jumpin' Jade,and Slick Slate, and topped with Northern Lights Gold....

 And in the sunlight...it really shows the Northern Lights....

Good Morning All, well...I guess it is a good morning......I tried, I really did....but I just do not like Halloween....there, I said it.  I will probably make enemies by my admission, but I couldn't keep it in any longer.  Everyone around here loves this holiday...it has never been one that I liked, I tried joining all the challenges, but am uninspired, and have not been posting....sooooo, I am gonna go ahead and do my own thing, and join in when I feel like I can offer something.  With that said....I have a pink abstract for you today!!!

 I began with a base coat of CG Designer Satin, and then did a gradient with the rest of the pinks and red....A coat of Northern Lights Gold was added prior to stamping with Mash-47 and Konad Black......

The Gradient.....pretty huh?!!

Now the final product.....

AIS...Invasion of the....Octopusses!!!!

Hello All.....Today's challenge in AIS was to do a mani based on "Invasion of......".  I decided that my invasion would be of octopusses...at least that is what I think the image is!!!

Cast Of Characters.....

 The base coat is of CG  Bizarre Blurple....love this color!!!!

 Then I stamped the octopus image from Mash-37 with SC Heavy Metal....added a few dots and called it a day.  I am not very pleased with this one......tomorrow is a new day  :)

The 50's!!

Hello All.....it is a rainy," curl up on the couch with a book" day here!  Today's challenge in CNT is to do a mani based on "The 50's".  I guess I could have just taken a pic of my naked nails....they were around in the 50's   LOL!   But in my research I found that pink, black, and polka dots were big then....so that is what I went with!!!

This is the first Nina Ultra Pro that I have purchased....such a pretty color, great application....then when it dried it was matte!!!  Not what I expected, not as pretty, but the topcoat brought back it's beauty!!!

Then I just decided to do alternating colored polka dots......

This is the best dotticure that I have ever done!!!  I really like this one  :)
Hope you all are having a great day....this is day 6 of  being smoke free for me!!!!!  I have been trying to stay off the computer , since it is a "trigger" for me to smoke, but it is getting easier!!

Out of this world "Good" Witch!!!

Good Morning All....my week is over !!!  Todays challenge in CNT is to do a mani based on a witch.  Wow,I  didn't want to do a traditional witch, or witch hat....not many options after that :(  So, I decided to do a "good" witch....an out of this world one at that!!!

Cast of Characters....too many polishes to name them all....

I started with a base of Sinful colors Black on Black and then did my favorite thing....a sponge mani with the other colors.....

I used Cheeky 45 and SH02 image plates for the stamping...
