Purple Crumpet Fairy Summer Challenge... Summer Chevrons

Hello All.....I DO NOT LIKE CHEVRONS :( ........ they are hard for me and that is what the challenge is today in Purple Crumpet fairy Summer Challenge.   When I think of summer, I immediately think fun....what is more fun than smiling   :)

My base coat is a fun yellow from Jordana....Mellow Yellow.  SH Black Heart was used for stamping with IP BM-304......

 Everything was good until I messed up my pinky when doing the chevron tip....so I painted it all black...alot of polish on this nail so it looks really thick :(

So, I fixed that problem, stamped, waited a lonnngggg time for it to dry and added top coat, and it still had smearage!!!!  I hate this hot weather, is really messing with my manis!!

But it is still cute, can't really see the smearage IRL  :)

AIS....Goth...For Emily :)

Good Morning All!!  Today's challenge in Adventures in Stamping is to do a "Goth" mani ....for Emily, a fellow member who LOVES goth!!!
I started with a base coat of SH  Diamond Strength in Deeply Violet, next a coat of Jordana Crystal Glitter.

It was sooo shiny that I ended up adding a matte top coat...

Image plate used was one of the new Bundle Monster plates....BM323, the roses and the barbed wire... I used Julep Leighton for the stamping polish.....

Love these plates, no issues with pick up or stamping  :)
I stamped the roses and it appeared that they didn't show up over my dark base  :(   But with the macro on the camera , they did!!  By the time that I realized this , I had added the barbed wire....still like the outcome!!

Purple Crumpet Fairy Summer Challenge...Jungle Mani

Good Morning All!!!  Today's challenge in the Purple Crumpet Fairy Summer Challenge is a jungle or parrot mani......I chose jungle.  :)
My base coat is SH Insta-Dri in Chartreuse Chase, a nice shimmery green. I decided to sponge to get the effect of a jungle.  The Cast of Characters is big.....

I visited the Mayan Ruins in the jungles of Guatemala while on a mission trip, I was trying to recreate what I saw there!  The Ip's used were BM15 and SH22....

I remember seeing the little lizards scurrying all over the place while walking in the jungle.....
The finished product.....

I am pleased with it, but I don't know that I would wear it for very long!!   LOL

Adventures in Stamping Challenge-Stamping over Glitter

Good Evening, or good night...it is late I know.  Busy day, I hope everyone had a good one  :)
Todays challenge in Adventures in Stamping was to stamp over glitter.
I used one of my new Jordana's for the base....Mardis Gras, I will have to use this again so you can see how pretty it is alone. I added a coat of NYC Starry Silver Glitter, and finally a light coat of WnW Fast Dry FushciaRama...

Here is how it looked before the stamping...

I used IP CH16  with Konad Pink....

Now the final product....
