AIS...Hot Hot Hot

Good Afternoon All......The FB Group Adventures in Stamping's challenge for today is Hot Hot Hot, which is quite appropriate for the weather here today  :(    
This is the second mani this week with the theme of "hot"...the last one did not turn out too well...this one I am much more pleased with....
I opted to do a base of NYC Lavender Cupcake and then sponge with  3 other colors....

I went with one of my favorites for the stamping.... M63

Okay... the final product...

I really like it, could have something to do with it being purple  LOL

Purple Crumpet Fairy Summer Challenge...Hot Hot Hot

Good Evening All.....I did my Purple Crumpet Fairy Summer Challenge today....Hot Hot Hot...it turned out a fail....looked really "yucky".  So I decided to try to salvage it.....things went like this......

I started with a base coat of  LA Colors Festive.
Then I proceeded to sponge with Orly Star Spangled, SH Black Heart and CG Luxe and Lush.  Things were okay until the black....it is what made it look yucky....kinda dirty looking  :(

Doesn't it look "dirty" ???  So I opted to do some stamping.  First I stamped with Konad M57 and Milani White on the Spot....which was overpowering.  So plan B, I taped off and painted part of the nail with the Milani and restamped with Konad Black, and the other part of the nail I painted black......Here is how it turned out...

Which Way Wednesday

Good Evening All!!!  It is Wednesday again  :)
I only have 2 choices tonite...... the first one is Orly  Oui, this was an untried in my stash.  I knew I would not be able to wear it alone....just not me....but it is sooo pretty!!

I chose XL Cheeky Plate D and Konad Black  to stamp with....  Light box...

Outside....

Soooo sparkly  :)

Jumpin' Jade!!!

Hi All, have you ever had one of those days that make you go ..."what the hell???"...that has been my day  :(
But I guess it is almost over, and I hope tomorrow is better...
My base coat tonight is the SH Insta Dri Jumpin' Jade, a really pretty deep green, but stains HORRIBLY...I am sooo afraid to take it off!! It will definately be only for stamping from here on out!
I received my first Nubar the other day.... White Polka Dot, I used this over the SH.  I did have a pic of the SH before I added the  Nubar, but accidentally deleted it....told ya this has not been a good day .....

I got compliments at work today on this mani  :)  I can't wait to try the Nubar over black.  
Well, I am off the remove this SH....I may be singing "It Ain't Easy Being Green"     LOL...Have a great evening   :)

Violet and Amethyst

Good Evening All.....Monday is done!!
My mani for tonight has a base of SC Amethyst and stamped with SH Diamond Strength Deeply Violet.  I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but it did perfect  :)

I am still stuck on the new Mash plates, they are really good!!!  I used IP40 for this mani....

I wore this mani to work today , so please excuse the tip wear....I didn't wrap them....again  :(

Today's challenge in AIS was to do a mani for our fearless leader's  , Debbie, AKA "The Crumpet" daughter....Beth , who turned 9 today!!!
I did my base as red, SC GoGo Girl.....I heard through the grapevine that she liked red....hope the rumor is correct!!!   My ring finger is an accent of WnW  Party Of Five Glitters.....one of the first glitters that I really like  :).   I chose some random IP images for the occasion.
Beth , I hope you had a wonderful birthday!!!

Black N Blue Houndstooth

Good Morning All!!! And it is good...thank you all for your support, things are better for me, so I need to get back to my nails and blogging  :)
I chose to do my base coat in SH Insta-Dri Brisk Blue and an accent nail with SH Hard as Nails Black Heart...I guess it is Sally Hansen Day!!

The IP is from the new Mash plates, #47....

I usually cannot get this type of image straight...I guess my little "hiatus" did some good!  No problem with lining this one up  :)

Now, the finished product...
