200 Follower "Gift Away"

Hello All!!!!  I made it to 200 followers!!!!!  I am still amazed that you want to read my ramblings, thank you so much for going on this journey with me....it is so much fun   :)
Since this is a "gift", I do not want to make you jump through hoops to enter, by the same token, we don't know what our gifts are until we open them......sooooo, no pics until I announce the winner!!!  I will say that it is a full set of stamping plates and at least 3 polishes  :)
I am opening this up internationally, but if there are problems with the international shipping on your end, I cannot be responsible for them :(   But, hopefully, if someone international wins, it will all go smoothly.

Rain Storm

Good Evening All!!  I LOVE the polish that I have on today!!!  It is SC Rain Storm, sooo glad that I picked this up!!!
I did 2 coats as a base and then stamped with Konad Black and SH20 Image Plate.   I have a love/hate relationship with Konad Black.  I love how deep it is after a top coat, but hate how often it streaks....even after waiting 30 minutes   :(

I can't get over how much I like this shade!!!

Sorry about the streaking, it isn't noticeable IRL...I am pleased with the mani as a whole, I will wear it again :)

Adventures in Stamping Challenge-Red and Black

Good Morning All...so good to get back into a routine again!!!  As you can see I changed the look of the blog a bit....what do you think, is it a keeper or should I redo it????
Today challenge in AIS is to do a mani using Red and Black...two of my favorite colors!!!
The Cast of Characters for this .....

The base was one coat of SH Insta-Dri Rapid Red....it was to orangey , so I sponged the rest of the reds over it......

Image Plate Mash-39 was used for the stamping....I think that it looks like fish scales or a dragon!!

Now, for the final product....My Red Dragon!!!

Hope you like it!  I am working on the "gift away" today....I want to make it easy, you shouldn't have to work  hard for a gift!!!   Hope you a have a blessed day......Jackie

Good Morning All!!!  I am finally back from my trip to Chicago.....my bed never felt sooo good as last night   :)
I want to share my pics from the past week, so this will pic heavy....warning!!!

I did our nails for the trip....the cheetah nails on the "Queen" are my fav....

We started by spending a day and night in St. Louis Missouri....I was born and raised in the state and never saw the Arch until now....

Not real impressed with this hotel....But Steve tried his best to make things right :)

Would you say she is aliitle excited????

We also went to The St Louis City Museum...which is an interactive playground for children and adults.....I decided to just watch  at this time  LOL!!!

I did get my face painted by "Suga Mama" with the "Princess"...

Day 2 and 3 were spent in Chicago....

The hotel here was awesome, it had a roof top lounge....my favorite part of the trip was sitting there at night....beautiful  :)

We had Chicago style pizza in a place that allowed you to  write on the walls, seats, about anything but the employees!!!
Then the Princess got sick  :(  Throat hurting, fever....she really needs her tonsils out!!!

We let her rest and after a few hours the meds kicked in and she was ready to go!!!  We went to Shedd  Aquarium....awesome place!!!

The last day I made it to Lynamy's....a beauty supply store....I was soooo overwhelmed, but left there with 18 bottle of polish....had a little buyers remorse...just a little  :)
Dinner that night at Bubba Gumps on the Navy Pier, yummy!!

Then we were 3 tired girls, so we went to the roof and relaxed....

Awesome view!!!  Thanks for taking time to look at my pics!!!   I picked up a total of about 25 polishes.....I need to go play!!!  Have a blessed day....Jackie

St. Louis

Good evening all......this is the kind of day that we  had......tired but happy :)
Went to the St Louis City Museum, awesome interactive  museum for kids and adults...I personally just watched!!!  Also went to the Arch...had never seen it, amazing, and no I did not go up into it....I don't do heights!!!!
Tomorrow  , Chicago and going to Lynamy's for a poish haul!!!!!

Adventures in Stamping Challenge-Mani Using My Favorite New Stamp

Good Evening All....kinda late, but I wanted to get this posted before I leave for Chicago in the morning!!!
AIS challenge for Sunday is to create a mani using my favorite new stamp....that was easy for me  :)  I had been wanting the puzzle image plate for soooo long and I finally got it in the new BM set!!!  I did one previously, you can see here if you would like :)
I used some different colors this time.....

You notice that I didn't add the polish names....I have to do the "Queen and Princess's" nails so I had packed up alot of my polishes  :(    Brain skip....even have one bottle backwards....I really need this vacation!!
